Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Quinta Real Guadalajara was quite a mixed bag. While the hotel itself is beautifully maintained and has an enchanting atmosphere with lovely gardens and decor, I faced some issues with the mattress quality, which was surprisingly uncomfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the dining experience was good with excellent food. Overall, it felt like a charming experience but with some drawbacks.
I recently stayed at Quinta Real Guadalajara, and while I found it to have a beautiful ambiance and courteous staff, there were several areas that left much to be desired. The rooms felt aged and in need of modernizing, and the dining options were underwhelming. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the hotel is due for an update.
I had a pretty pleasant stay at Quinta Real Guadalajara. The hotel had a lovely old-world charm with beautiful decor, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. However, the location isn't ideal for walking to attractions, and I did have a few concerns about cleanliness around the pool area.
My stay at Quinta Real Guadalajara was a blend of both charm and a few setbacks. While I loved the beautiful Spanish colonial style, the service had its ups and downs. The hotel had some cleanliness issues in the common areas, but the staff, especially the concierge Jaime, truly stood out with their hospitality. The food at the restaurant was tasty, though the location felt a bit isolated from local attractions.
My stay at Quinta Real Guadalajara was mostly positive, with beautiful gardens and a tranquil atmosphere. The warm and friendly service really made a difference, and I loved the spacious room with an amazing bed. However, there were a few hiccups, like a lukewarm hot tub and a shower that didn’t drain properly. Despite these issues, I'd definitely return for the great food and excellent service.
